This cheesy pull-apart garlic bread is about to become your new obsession. It is gooey, garlicky, and ready in under 30 minutes from start to finish. Whether you are hosting a Super Bowl party or just craving something cozy to go with soup or pasta, this recipe delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

I love using sourdough or French bread for the perfect chewy yet crisp texture. This recipe calls for a store-bought loaf, but you can use a homemade loaf of bread if you prefer! You can even swap a loaf of bread for rolls for personal sized portions that are just as fun to make. This is the kind of appetizer that disappears fast and pairs beautifully with everything from salads to steak.
