How to make cinnamon swirl sheet pan pancakes

- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. It is important that the pan you are using has a lip on it. If you try to use one without a lip the pancake batter will spill over the edge.

- Mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup sugar in a small bowl for the cinnamon swirl.
- Place dollops of the cinnamon swirl mixture throughout the sheet pan.
