Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add olive oil to a Dutch oven and brown all sides of the stew meat.
  • Add in the onion, salt, and pepper cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Turn off your stove top.
  • Add in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
  • Add in the potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic powder, herbes de Provence, and Italian seasoning and stir well.
  • Place the lid on the Dutch oven and place it in the oven. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 3 hours, until meat and vegetables are tender.
