  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl until they are smooth.
  • Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add in the allspice, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt and mix.
  • Add in the flour and mix well.
  • Add the mixture into a greased or lined bread pan. Bake it for one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  • Remove the loaf from the pan and allow it to cool on a wire rack.
  • Tip: I line my bread pan with parchment paper. This makes it easy to remove the bread from the pan. It also makes cleanup a breeze!
